Flex belt to train your abs

A few years ago I used to rock climb several times a week and my body was in a pretty good shape, but then I moved away from all my rock climbing friends and I worked out less and less. The lack of training combined with a lot of time in front of my PC have deteriorated my body.
Recently I have started to run, do push ups and sit ups, to get my body back into a better shape again. This training seem to be helping quite a bit, especially my ability to run longer and longer. I am having a bit more trouble with the sit ups and push ups as I often forget to do them. A thing that could help me with this problem is getting some kind of training system or machine.

A device called Flex Belt can help you with training your stomach muscles. They way it works that is that you put the device belt around your stomach. The flex belt uses something called EMS (Electric Muscle Stimulation) to strengthen your stomach muscles. You only have to use it 30 minutes every day and it works on all muscles in the abdomen. The cool thing is that the belt can be used when doing other stuff so in theory you can actually watch TV and train your stomach at the same time.
The device is cleared by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration in USA) so it seems safe to use.

A device like this might be the solution I have been looking for instead of doing countless sit ups every day.
